"Founded in 2007, the William Pitt Club of Bath is an informal forum for business and professional men and women, who support the Conservative Party. It meets from time to time to hear the views of prominent speakers on local and national issues of the day, political or otherwise".

Examples of recent and future events include a breakfast meeting in November 2007 at The Assembly Rooms, when Malcolm Hanney of BANES Council spoke about 'The Development of The City of Bath' and a breakfast meeting in February 2008 at The Guildhall, when Dennis Turner of HSBC will discuss 'The Credit Crunch and the UK Economy'.
